T3K-LTD049: Various Artists – “Hexagon EP”

The Hexagon EP is the next chapter of Various Artists EPs
on T3K Recordings which is full of deep, heavy and futuristic
halftime stuff. Some amazing artists contributed to this release:
German powerduo Nordost are bringing some dangerous and cyberpunkish
vibes with a track called „Crisp Hole”. It is driven by a rolling
wall of bass, yet steamy and powerful in the low ends.
Well executed and very solid sound design.
Kohu, originating from New Zealand and currently living in Indonesia,
steps right in with „Volition” which is full of dreamy pads,
growling basses and percussion fueled tribal grooves.
This track is a beast.
Parasite, the infamous outfit of Twisted and Rakoon (Germany),
keep your ears busy with “Sullen”, a dancefloor frenzy thats
progressing into a never ending vortex of sound.
This one is taking you on a journey. Beware. You might not return.
Another sci fi infused track by the man called Xenon opens
a multidimensional gate to galaxies far away.
The young Berlin based producer is not new to the label and
takes you even further than before. His track „Justice“ is
building up on evolving percussions and deep drums which are
followed by roaring basses. Your mind will be taken hostage.
No remorse.
Last but not least, Germanys Sykes and Kilobite team up for some
minimalistic head nod-business. Bright atmospheric pads and athmo
put you into a “Frozen Dream“ of everflowing thoughts and images.
Your mind is captured, your body cant escape.
